IHRC signs cooperation with Albania

General Secretary met the Prime Minister of Albania Mr. Edi Rama. They discussed the global aims of the country, the national Development Strategy and appropriate Finance Opportunities. Specific Agreements have been signed with the Diplomatic Mission and the Alliance for Global Strategic Affairs.
